One of the all-time great American plays, Streetcar is an explosive drama about a beautiful, yet faded Southern Belle, Blanche DuBois, and the havoc she wreaks on the New Orleans home of her sister and brother-in-law, Stella and Stanley Kowalski. This play was an instant classic from the moment it opened on Broadway in 1947. Seating is limited for SMT's production. Please call early for tickets.
Recommended for: 9th - 12th grade. Running time: 2 hours, 30 minutes - including intermission.

Irving Berlin's WHITE CHRISTMAS
School Day Performances: There are no scheduled school day performances, though schools can arrange group ticket discounts for 2:00 p.m. public performances on the following dates: November 28th, December 4th, and December 5th
Based on the 1954 movie classic, White Christmas is the holiday event of the year! Loaded with Berlin classics such as 'Happy Holidays', 'Count Your Blessings', 'Blue Skies', the title song, and many more, White Christmas follows WWII soldiers, Bob Wallace and Phil Davis, as they embark on a career in show business with the women they love, sisters Betty and Judy Haynes. This stage adaptation is full of eye-popping song and dance numbers and an unbeatable score.

When a New York teenager is sent by her mother to live with her grandmother in South Carolina, she experiences a new culture and gains an inner strength she never knew before.
