Give Us a Hand by Becoming a Volunteer

Season Posters & Brochures  Play an active role in promoting SMT each season by lending a helping hand. Volunteers are needed to circulate seasonal posters and brochures to area merchants, schools, community centers, and any other public location you can think of! If you can spare an hour or two to help, please call the SMT Marketing Department at 386-226-1936.

Angel Food Dinners  Join us for a fun-filled, up close and personal SMT family dinner! Each summer season volunteers are recruited to help provide a fabulous dinner for our hungry cast, orchestra and crew of 70+ members per show between matinee and evening performances. Volunteers are asked to provide a buffet dish, such as green salads, home baked beans, potato salad, macaroni/pasta salads, hot pasta dishes, fried or baked chicken, sandwiches, casseroles, assorted desserts. Beverages, paper plates, napkins, silverware and cups are also needed. Whether you bake it yourself, buy it at a store or restaurant, all donations are welcome! In addition, we need eager workers to set up tables, chairs, buffet stations and clean up. Provide Housing  Do you want to get a little "closer to the magic?" If so, we have an offer you can't refuse. During the summer, we house our entire out-of-town company in very nice apartments at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. But in the winter, we have to locate alternative housing. If you have a guesthouse or guest room you'd be willing to lend to SMT to house one or two of our actors, artists, or technicians, we'd love to hear from you.
